Launched in 2011, Brew Moon Beer & Band Festival has become the largest indoor craft, micro and import beer tasting event in the western suburbs of Chicago.

The event is presented by Steve Palmer, Stadium Club at the MAX Restaurant and The McCook Athletic Expo (The MAX).  Our event is unique in that we partner with business owners, local government and civic groups to raise money to support local non-profit organizations with proceeds from Brew Moon.

The McCook Athletic Expo (the MAX), Chicagoland’s premier indoor sport and exposition center provides the space for more than 2,000 attendees to experience the variety and creativity of the brewers in a festival atmosphere.

For more than thirty years, Steve Palmer and his restaurants has supported the craft,  and import brewing industry.  We take pride in the entrepreneurial spirit that has led to finer and more artisanal beers and is the inspiration for Brew Moon.
